Customer Support

We do turn key contract under the sale model with services support for a minimum period of 3-5 years. On the services model, GProTech trained technicians periodically visit the customer site to ensure uninterrupted services. In both caes, we do customer training in using the services, handholding the customer till they become comfortable with our system followed by system maintenance and service support. Wherever the customer prefers to staff the system, we deploy our own trained persons to run the services and look after the well being of the system.
